hm.StructureMap is a Java based tool that enables the categorization of resources and generation of views. Resources can be files, URLs or database entries.

Since 1993, HM Consultants has been providing consulting services in the area of national accounts automation. We have worked with the statistical offices in the Maldives, Ghana and Pakistan. The work involves designing and developing data management applications in areas such as price indices and surveys (household, agriculture, small and large enterprise). Transfer of expertise is a key component of the work.

In association with Andel Consultants, we have also developed the PRIMA price index management system being used at the Ghana Statistical Service, Bank of Ghana, Maldives Ministry of Planning and Development, and Malawi National Statistical Office.
